1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of
delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in
their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received
them.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Some items, including clearance items,
special-order products, and items marked as "Final Sale," may
not be eligible for returns.
3. Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, email us at
returns@primewholesaler.co.uk. Include your order number and reason for
the return.
- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for shipping
costs on returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we
will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or
rejected.
4. Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed to
the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are
non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If you want to exchange an item, please
follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to
receive.
6. Damaged or Defective
Items
- If your order arrives damaged or
defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at
support@primewholesaler.co.uk. We may request photos and further
information to facilitate a replacement or refund.
